Deacon Mark was ordained by Bishop James Francis Checchio in May, 2017. He and his wife Michele have lived in Annandale and have been members of Immaculate Conception since 1996. Deacon Mark’s daughter, Carol, lives in Philadelphia with her husband Andrew. His other daughter, Sarah, is currently attending Fordham University.
Deacon Mark received a Master of Arts degree in Theology and a Master of Business Administration, both from Seton Hall University. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Siena College. Deacon Mark has worked in the medical device and pharmaceutical businesses his entire career, working in the Quality Assurance and Supply Chain areas. Deacon Mark is currently a Director within Johnson & Johnson’s Supply Chain Organization.
Deacon Mark has been involved in several ministries throughout the years at Immaculate Conception and currently volunteers with Hunterdon Hospice. Deacon Mark will be leading the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults preparation and formation program.
