Thank you for choosing ICS to serve your children. Below are the requirements and tuitions fees for the 2019-20 school year. The first step in the enrollment process is to complete the online registration form at: https://www.icsannandale.org/application-2019-20. All additional application forms required to register your child for the 2019-2020 school year can be found on the same online registration page. Please take the time to fill out all forms completely and thoroughly. Finally, your child will not be enrolled until all of the paperwork is in order and your complete registration fee has been received. Once finished, please bring your completed registration packet to the school office, along with the following. Thank you.

* Request for Records Form, including provision of any IEPs, 504 Plans, etc. (for new
students).
* Copy of Birth Certificate (for new students).
* Copy of Baptism Certificate and Sacrament Information (as applicable).
* Immunization Record (for new students, or students whose record has changed).
Note: Registration fees are non-refundable, and include our Supply Fee, Lab Fee, and Book Fee.
2-Year Old Program (8:45-10:45 AM or 12:45-2:45 PM – Th Fall, T and TH Spring) – $75
3-Year Old Program (8:15-11:15 AM or 12:00-3:00 PM, M-W-F) – $500
4-Year Old Program (12:00-3:00 PM, M-W-F) – $500

Transitional Pre-Kindergarten (8:15 AM - 12:15 PM – M-T-W-Th-F) – $500
Kindergarten (7:50 AM - 2:40 PM - M-T-W-Th-F) – $500
1-8 (Full-Time Student – 7:55 AM - 2:55 PM – M-T-W-Th-F) – $500*
*In the event that a family has an early education child and a K-8 child, one $500 fee will apply.
Your child will be enrolled at Immaculate Conception School for the 2018-2019 school year only after a completed registration packet and all of the above information has been received by the school office, along with receipt of your complete registration fee. Previous year students will not be re-registered if they have a delinquent account due to outstanding debt owed the school.

*Please Note:
The per pupil cost of educating each child here at Immaculate Conception School, for the 2019-2020 school year, is projected to be $8,400. Thus, in order to make up the difference between our tuition rates and the actual per pupil cost, each family is required to participate in both our Scrip program and our school volunteer service commitment hours obligation. Families wishing to pay the full cost of education, $8,400 per full-time student, will be exempt from all Scrip and volunteer hours obligations.
A. 10% reduction in tuition if a current/continuing ICS family successfully recruits a new full-time K-8 family/student to enroll in school by August 31st, 2019. Please contact the Admissions office with the potential new family contact information prior to their enrollment. *
B. 10% reduction in tuition if you are a newly recruited/referred full-time K-8 family. Indicate the current ICS family name who referred you on the registration form.
C. Scrip – All families who meet their purchase obligation AND earn rebates greater than $375 will earn 50% of the amount greater than $375 as tuition credit for the following school year. Graduating families who meet their purchase obligation AND earn rebates greater than $375 will be issued a check for 50% of the amount exceeding $375 in rebate.
*The ‘A’ tuition reduction option is unlimited. For example, if a current/continuing ICS family
recruits and refers two new full-time K-8 families to our school then a 20% discount would apply to their total tuition due for the 2019-2020 school year. Approval by school principal required.
